By using Sylk you agree to these terms. They exist to keep Sylk a place worth being.

Using Sylk

• You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region) and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for the content you post and the activity on your account.
• You retain ownership of your content; by posting, you grant Sylk the license needed to host and display it within the app.

Community Guidelines — zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post or send:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content.
• Nudity or sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or content that promotes self-harm.
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or infringement of others' rights.

Reporting & enforcement

Every post, comment, and message can be reported, and any user can be blocked. We review reports and remove violating content; we may warn, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that break these rules. Repeatedly flagged content is hidden automatically pending review.

Termination

You may stop using Sylk and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

Sylk is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for content posted by users or for interruptions to the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
